Like every business is unique, so is its website. 
The time it takes to redesign an existing website depends on a number of factors:

• Cooperation of existing website service providers (to gather logins, approve transfers etc.) 
• Number of individual website pages and therefore, the amount of wording required
• The original website platform e.g. WordPress websites are faster to redesign
• Whether images are being supplied by you or us
• Any special features or design elements like a shopping cart, booking systems and customisations
• The time you take to provide your feedback at each stage

Given our years in the web design business, we’ve honed our processes and are able to deliver most website redesigns in approx. 4 to 6 weeks. To keep our projects flowing, we nominate due dates for the provision of feedback.

If it’s built in WordPress or HTML, we can take it over. Now given close to 40% of all websites are built using WordPress, there’s a good chance your website is already built in WordPress.

If your website is not WordPress, or you are unsure, let us know! It might be a matter of creating your site from scratch, however, we can recycle whatever wording, images and design ideas from your existing website that you like.

The beauty of our website redesigns is that we can keep your existing website live until your new site is fully approved and about to go live. During launch, there may be an hour or two of downtime, however we go to every effort to avoid this.

We can chat over the phone, via ZOOM, or face-to-face at our office or yours.

Once we have launched your new-look website, we offer training in the form of videos tutorials. For smaller, more basic websites, we offer access to our free TechHub featuring basic WordPress website edit and WooCommerce shopping cart tutorials. For fancier, more complicated websites, we record and supply unique training videos specifically suited for you. 

The great thing we’ve found with our video training is that you can keep referring back to it as often as you need.
